I’m Latifa, an Algerian illustrator and surface designer who loves color! I was living in the States for a while and now I’m back to my beautiful country for some Mediterranean sunshine! 

My design studio is Jasmine Blooms Designs. I’m an architect who found love in the world of patterns, creating repeats is a very meditative process for me.

My inspiration comes from all that nature has to offer, botanicals, animals and spotting cool textures while taking a walk is what brings me joy.

I like to describe my style as graphic, bold and playful, I love working with luscious color palettes that bring joy and I’m always exploring new ways to illustrate and expand my creative voice.

I’m a mother to my beautiful daughter Yasmine , the sweet soul that inspired the name of my studio because my passion for patterns ignited with her arrival to this world.
