About the Prints

Japanese culture and aesthetics inspired designer Maria Vashchuk to create her newest fabric line, Japanese Garden! While visiting botanical gardens near her local Netherlands, she often finds pleasure walking through the Japanese gardens, which have a magical calming effect that is illustrated in this collection. The prints are full of koi fish swimming between water lilies, blooming magnolia flowers, Japanese cranes, and tiny little floral prints. 

About the Artist

The Tiny Garden Design Studio is run by Dutch designer Maria Vashchuk. On the most days, she can be found doodling in her atelier or enjoying a cup of tea in her tiny urban garden, listening to the songs of birds and observing the city around her. Her colorful, simple, and elegant patterns warm hearts and make you feel at home wherever you are.
